An orientation event for first-year students newly enrolled in the Child Development Program was held on September 17, 2026. During the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şerife Hülya KURT, Chair of the Child Development Program, along with Lecturer Dr. Bağdagül SARIDAŞ and Lecturer Şeymanur EFENDİOĞLU, provided students with information about the university and the program’s academic operations.

The program addressed topics students were curious about regarding their educational journey and shared information to help them adapt to university life and the department. Additionally, a warm and welcoming environment was created to allow students to get to know one another and establish connections with their academic peers.

The orientation event aimed to help students understand the educational structure of the Child Development Program, adapt more easily to university life, and begin their first academic experience with a clear understanding of what to expect.
